About Silvio Pagliari.

My carrer in football began in 1993, first as Scout then as Sports Director, a role that I held for 10 years, moving from Serie C2, Serie C1 up to Serie B.
Then from 2002 to 2004 I reached Serie A and was appointed Head of Youth Sector at Sampdoria.
In 2005 I chose to change my life and career by embarking on a career as a Sports Agent. I have always considered this figure as a duel one, crossing the role of the Agent and the Mediator. Since then, with my team I managed numerous footballers and closed various international mediations.
I firmly believe that the Sports Agent holds an important role in the professional and human growth of their clients.
However, they must also be professional and skilled for the clubs and foreign colleagues during the international negotiations.
Above all, in the last 5 years, I have put my attention on mediation collaborating with various agencies worldwide managing to close important transfers both in Italy and abroad.
